Valendo Health, a specialty pharmacy technology and services company, completed a $14.5 million Series A financing round on July 26, 2026. The round was led by BCM Bruker Capital Management GmbH, with participation from RIKX Capital, A195 Capital, 49th Fund and individual investors James Watt and Christoph Janz.
Led by co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Ogi Kavazovic, Valendo Health combines pharmacy expertise with modern technology to help independent community practices improve the care experience for patients who rely on specialty medications. The company advances a model known as medically integrated dispensing, or MID, which enables clinics to incorporate pharmacy services more directly into the broader care process and strengthen collaboration among physicians, pharmacists and other members of the care team.
According to Valendo Health’s public description of its services, the company’s platform supports several critical components of specialty medication dispensing, including prior authorization, financial counseling, fulfillment tools, scalable patient outreach and real-time analytics. The platform can also connect with electronic health record systems, allowing clinical teams and Valendo Health pharmacists to work through coordinated processes designed to improve operational efficiency and the patient experience of accessing and remaining on therapy.
Patients who need specialty medications often encounter complex approval requirements, significant financial pressure and fragmented coordination across multiple parties. Valendo Health brings together technology, pharmacy expertise and patient support services to help clinics establish and operate in-house dispensing capabilities. The new financing gives the company a stronger capital foundation from which to continue developing its platform, strengthening its service model and advancing medically integrated dispensing.
BCM Bruker Capital Management GmbH’s role as lead investor, alongside RIKX Capital, A195 Capital, 49th Fund, James Watt and Christoph Janz, brings the round’s investor count to six and reflects continued institutional and individual investor attention to specialty pharmacy infrastructure and patient-centered models of care. The available financing information does not disclose Valendo Health’s post-money valuation or a detailed allocation of the proceeds.
